Dr. Taylor received his bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University, his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Northeastern Ohio University. Dr. Taylor received his General Surgery training at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillo-facial Surgery at the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Dr. Taylor has authored numerous textbook chapters and articles in the scientific surgical literature and is an internationally recognized lecturer in Maxillo-facial and Cosmetic Surgery, as well as Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Taylor is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillo-facial Surgery, as well as the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and has served as an examiner for both specialty boards.
- Dr. Taylor has also maintained an interest in pro bono charity work with congenital deformities such as cleft lip and palate.
- Dr. Taylor has appeared as a representative of Cosmetic Surgery on nationally syndicated programs such as Dateline NBC, the Oprah Winfrey Show, and as a guest of Dianne Sawyer on ABC’s 20/20.
- Dr. Taylor served as President of The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in 2003-2004 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation.

Brian Chisdak, M.D, D.M.D.
Dr. Brian Chisdak grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and received his undergraduate degree in economics from Northwestern University in Chicago. He then graduated in 1994 from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia. From there he went on to obtain his medical degree and complete his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical School in Omaha. He is currently a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and also maintains certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Dr. Chisdak began practicing in Montana in 2000. He specializes in oral, maxillofacial and cosmetic surgery. Dr. Chisdak has a great affinity for education. He is the director of the Blue Ribbon Seminars study group which includes many of Montana’s most respected and progressive doctors; providing them with continuing education on the latest science and technology through lectures, hands-on seminars, and group discussion. He also lectures to the pre-med and pre-dental students at Montana State University and is generous with donations and scholarships geared toward education.
